Inoquin 500mg Tablet is used for the treatment of bacterial infections such as; genital tract infections, chronic suppurative otitis media, pneumonia, lower respiratory tract infections, broncho-pulmonary infections, acute pyelonephritis, bacterial prostatitis, intra-abdominal infections, skin and soft tissue infections, bones and joint infections, and complicated urinary tract infections.

This medicine is also used to treat patients with superficial bacterial eye infections, adnexa infections (eye orbit, conjunctiva, and eyelids), and corneal ulcers (inflammation of a part of the eye).

How effective is Inoquin 500mg?

Inoquin 500mg Tablet is composed of Ciprofloxacin which belongs to a group of medicines known as quinolone antibiotics. Inoquin 500mg shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria. Inoquin 500mg works only against bacterial infections and will not treat viral infections.
