Bradex 5ml Drops are composed of Tobramycin + Dexamethasone. Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, which shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid, which works by reducing the symptoms of swelling. Bradex shows effectiveness only against eye infections and will not work for other types of eye infections.
