Belphamide 5ml Drops are used for the treatment of eye infections and swelling in the eye. Belphamide 5ml Drops are composed of Sulfacetamide and Prednisolone. Sulfacetamide is an antibiotic, which shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria and eventually killing them. Prednisolone is a corticosteroid, which shows effectiveness by reducing the symptoms of inflammation. Belphamide shows effectiveness only against bacterial infections and will not work for other types of eye infections.
