Baritec A 20/10mg Tablets are used to treat hypertension and coronary artery disease. It contains two active ingredients Amlodipine and Olmesartan. They belong to the anti-hypertensive class of drugs. Amlodipine works by inhibiting the action of calcium ions on heart muscles. This relaxes the blood vessels and blood pressure. Olmesartan works by blocking the action of the angiotensin-converting enzyme. This reduces blood pressure.
