Description:
Spasler Neo is myotropic antispasmodic, which acts through specific action on smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. It does not affect the autonomic nervous system, therefore its use is not associated with usual anticholinergic side effects. For this reason, Spasler Neo can be prescribed to patients suffering from BPH or glaucoma
Indications:
• Irritable bowel syndrome associated with diarrhea or constipation
• Alternating constipation with diarrhea
• Abdominal distension
• GI spasm associated with organic diseases like diverticulitis, regional enteritis, duodenal ulcer and dysentery
• Biliary dyskinesia
Dosage:
The usual recommended dosage of Spasler Neo is one tablet of 135 mg three times daily. The tablet should preferably be taken 20 minutes before meals
