Nimotop tablets contains nimodipine, which belongs to a group of medicines called calcium antagonists. Nimotop tablets are used to prevent changes in brain function after bleeding around the brain (subarachnoid haemorrhage). It is also used for ischemic neurological deficits, Subarachnoid hemorrhage, and other brain diseases. Nimotop tablet 30 mg 3×10’s work by relaxing narrowed blood vessels in the brain near the area of bleeding so blood can flow more easily. This effect reduces brain damage.
