It is used to treat bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and all other bronchopulmonary disorders in which bronchospasm is a complicating factor.

Britanyl 60ml Syrup is used to control, prevent, and treat the symptoms of asthma, airways constriction, wheezing, and shortness of breath. It contains Terbutaline Sulfate and belongs to the Beta 2 Stimulant class of drugs. It works by relaxing and opening the muscles of the airways, thus making breathing easy.
Uses: It is used to treat wheezing and shortness of breath from lung problems (e.g., asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchitis and emphysema).
Side Effects: Nervousness, shaking (tremor), dizziness, drowsiness or headache may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
When not to use: It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug
